What you get

Every question type on the new exam

Bow-tie, matrix, drop-down, highlight, hot spot and case studies, as well as classic multiple choice. Every question type the 2026 exam uses is here for you to practice.

4 full-length readiness exams

Each one is 100 questions, timed, with no going back, so it feels like the real exam. All four are matched in difficulty, so you can watch your score climb from the first to the fourth.

A study plan built around your test date

Tell us your exam date and how many hours a week you have. You get a week-by-week plan, and it updates itself as your results come in.

Results that tell you what to study next

See your weakest areas first, broken down by category, topic and question type, so every hour of study goes where it counts.

16 medical VA courses

Learn the office side of US healthcare: medical billing, prior authorization, patient scheduling, credentialing, utilization review and more. Then practice each one on realistic, made-up patient cases and get a score.

Questions

Is this the real NCLEX?

No. RemoteNurse is not affiliated with NCSBN. The questions follow the 2026 NCLEX-RN test plan and the same formats, but they are ours.

Will it tell me if I am going to pass?

No. NCSBN does not publish its passing standard, so no prep tool can honestly promise a pass. What we can do is show you exactly where you stand and what to work on next.

What do I get for free?

Every course lesson and every scored practice case, 25 NCLEX practice questions, the 120-question practice exam, practice calls and interview rehearsals, the resume builder and the PDF tools. Free stays free for as long as you like, and you never need to enter a card.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any time, from your account. You keep Plus until the end of the month you have paid for.

Do I need this if I am not taking the NCLEX?

No. The medical VA path stands on its own: 16 courses, scored practice cases, a resume builder and two job boards. You never have to open an NCLEX question.
