How does RemoteNurse measure whether you are ready?

Readiness analytics is built from the first submitted attempt on each eligible case, never from repeats. It reports submitted attempts, unique cases, accepted attempts, and a per-track signal, then turns your weakest area into a specific next action. It measures demonstrated practice behavior, and does not claim clinical competence or hiring fitness.

How you use it

    Work cases

    Every submitted attempt lands in the record with its score and date.

    Read the practice record

    Submitted attempts, unique cases, and accepted attempts, plus a readiness score across the tracks you are eligible in.

    Follow the study plan

    The plan names your lowest track and links the cases that lift it. It is computed from your record deterministically, not generated.

    Case history keeps every attempt, so you can replay what you did and see how the score moved.

Common questions

Does a high readiness score mean I will get hired?

No. It is a measure of practice behavior on synthetic cases. It does not claim clinical competence or hiring fitness, and hiring stays with the employer.

Why do retries not count?

Because a score you reached on the fourth attempt tells an employer something different from one you reached on the first. Counting first attempts only keeps the evidence honest.
