NCLEX fees

How much does the NCLEX cost if you test outside the US?

For US licensure, NCSBN charges a registration fee and adds an international scheduling fee plus any value added tax when you book a centre outside the United States. The registration fee rises in February 2027. Fees are paid by card in the currency NCSBN lists, and NCSBN refunds none of them.
