The third condition of that refund is to "provide the name of your accredited nursing program in the US or Canada". A nurse educated in the Philippines has no such programme to name, so the guarantee as written does not describe her.

What we could not verify

Free tier scope. Several buttons invite you to try it free, but no page we read states how many questions that is or for how long.
Whether the guarantee has an exception for internationally educated nurses. Their page states the US-or-Canada condition without qualification. We have not written to ask whether they waive it, so we cannot say either way.
Content for internationally educated nurses. We found none on their NCLEX pages. That is an absence of evidence, not evidence they have none.

How does RemoteNurse differ?

Every flashcard names the page it came from, and states a number only where that page states it. A build check reads all 140 and fails if one asserts a figure its cited source does not contain.
The question bank covers the eight client-needs categories in the 2026 RN plan. Our fixed 100-question practice forms include three six-item case studies; the NCLEX itself is variable-length CAT, so the forms are not full exam simulations.
We publish no pass rate, because we have no outcome data. A pass rate from a company's own students who finished its own programme is not a rate you can apply to yourself.
The licensure tracker covers the part before the exam: credentials evaluation, board application, the Authorization to Test, scheduling. It holds what your own board told you rather than restating rules that differ by board.
